CAULIFLOWER (PHOOL GOBHI) Healing and Medicinal Secrets Revealed!!

This vegetable belong to cabbage family and has some similar properties. It also has the natural defences to neutralize carcinogens which is stimulated by some compound. Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C, fibre, potassium and it is high in essential sulphur compounds. For diabetic people, this vegetable is better than cabbage.

  • The highest amount of calcium in cauliflower can be found in the greens, so the cauliflower leaves can be cooked or used as salad.
  • The risk of cancer, especially the colon, stomach, rectum and possibly the prostate can be reduced from regular intake of cauliflower.
